Referentia’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes emphasize continuous process improvement and productivity enhancement. Referentia’s approach to maximize quality in the performance of all task orders awarded under this contract will include active roles of local management, and performance metrics for both Government and Program Managers to utilize for contract performance and problem resolution.
