Duties:
- Develops new business and expands the product line with the customer. Partners with Science & Technology (S&T) staff to definite the necessary technology.

Engineering Manager / Technical Lead (Honolulu)
This candidate will manage a software engineering team within Referentia's C4I Systems and Advanced Technology Solutions business areas.
Duties:
- Directs the activities of team of up to 10 engineers in the design, development, integration and testing of software using industry best practices. Continually looks for ways of improving development processes.
- Performs project management according to organization's processes and procedures. Tasks include project scheduling, tracking, risk management and regular project status reporting. Balance aggressive project commitments while maintaining quality standards.
- Provides leadership managing the technical aspects of project. Ensure requirements are accurately implemented and verified. Contributes to the creation of design documentation, and the development and implementation of the technical solutions.
- People Management which includes hiring, training, and motivating. Performs regular performance reviews and provides ongoing career mentoring and guidance.
Qualifications:
- BSCS/EE with at least 5 years of software development experience. At least 2 years of software management experience.

Seeking high powered senior sales manager responsible for developing, driving, and maintaining LiveAction and other product DoD/Federal customers within the Hawaii region. Focus is on direct sales, creating strategic/tactical initiatives, increasing market penetration of Company's offerings, awareness of competitive initiatives/emerging trends and achieving/exceeding revenue goals.
